4 Months Order Scheduler (Life Science MNC) - (No Experience Required)-Immediate - #1118189

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Fulfilment Coordinator to join our team on a 4-month contract. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate order processing, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting smooth delivery operations to meet customer expectations.

Working Hours: 8am to 5pm (5 days work)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle order fulfilment for open orders created by the Customer Service or Demand Planning team.

• Arrange and coordinate inventory stock with buyers/purchasing teams to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.

• Review and update aged open orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

• Respond promptly to sales inquiries and customer emails with efficiency and professionalism.

• Manage the end-to-end order process, including creating delivery orders and coordinating with internal departments (e.g., logistics, warehouse, and sales).

• Follow up on order status to ensure customer requirements are met.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in order processing, sales coordination, or supply chain operations.

• Good communication and coordination skills across departments.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (experience with SAP or similar will be an advantage).

Able to start immediately or on short notice preferred.
