Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams to manage architectural aspects of projects.

• Assist in the preparation and review of architectural drawings, designs, and documents.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

• Coordinate the submission of plans to authorities for approvals.

• Monitor project timelines, ensuring that milestones are achieved.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure the work is in accordance with design specifications.

• Manage the procurement of architectural materials.

• Address any design-related issues or challenges that arise during the construction phase.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture or related field.

• At least 1-3 years of experience in a construction or architectural coordination role.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations in Singapore.

• Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
