Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and develop new B2B clients across industries needing packaging solutions.
Present and recommend appropriate packaging services, highlighting hand-applied and machine-applied options.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports; follow up to close deals.
Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
Stay updated on packaging trends, technologies, and competitors to provide market insights.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or industrial services.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of packaging methods, materials, and machinery is a plus.
