About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven HR Assistant to join our dynamic team at Valiram Group. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. Based in Tai Seng, this position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in the field of HR.
What you'll be doing
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire paperwork
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as leave management, and benefits administration
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Liaise with employees to address HR-related queries and concerns
Assist with the planning and execution of HR-related events and initiatives
Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience
What we're looking for
1-2 years of experience in an HR assistant or administrative role, preferably in the Retail industry
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
