What is your role about?

• Assist customers with purchasing mobile devices and services.

• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.

• Explain device features, plans, and promotions.

• Resolve technical issues and address customer inquiries.

• Handle sales transactions and process contracts.

• Upsell additional products or services.

• Stay updated on the latest mobile technology and promotions.

• Offer informed advice to customers based on current trends and updates.

Others

• Basic : $2100 + Commission + Incentive

Working hours:

• 5 days work week - 10am to 10pm (9 hrs per hour)
