Our client is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Tender and Contract Review: Assist senior management in reviewing tenders and contracts to determine accurate tender sums.

• Contract Administration: Support progress claims preparation and liaise with client representatives to ensure smooth project execution.

• Subcontractor Management: Compile and review subcontractor quotations, preparing them for senior management approval.

• Communication: Keep the Contract Manager informed of all contractual and site matters to maintain project transparency.

• Financial Management: Review and verify subcontractor and supplier claims, prepare payment certificates, and obtain necessary approvals.

• Project Closure: Prepare final accounts and variation submissions to ensure proper project completion.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain the Quality System within the Contracts Department to uphold high standards.

• Adaptability: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management, contributing to the team's overall success.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: Candidates with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey, Civil Engineering, or equivalent fields.

• Experience: Individuals with approximately 5 years of relevant working experience in contract management or related roles.

• Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with pipe jacking works is preferred, but not mandatory. We encourage applicants with diverse backgrounds to apply.
