Sales Executive（Tiles) - #1118122

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company’s tiling services to developers, main contractors, architects and homeowners

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients

• Prepare and present quotations, proposals and tenders for tiling projects

• Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and provide technical input

• Coordinate with project and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction

• Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline and achieve sales targets

• Gather market and competitor information to support business strategy

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Construction Management or related field (preferred)

• Minimum 2–3 years’ sales experience in construction or related industry; tiling / finishing works background is advantageous

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM systems an advantage
