M&E Manager (Large Building Project) - #1118111

Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 civil contracting firm which has a strong construction portfolio in government and public sector projects. They are looking for M&E Manager to manage a large scale complex commercial building project.

Job Description:

• Conducting site inspection, quality checks and method statement

• Identifying variation works and submit detailed cost implications to Contracts Manager

• Supervise and control sub-contractors to carry out their works in accordance with the M&E drawings and specifications

• Identify drawing discrepancies or flaws and constantly track construction progress and schedule on-site supervisions

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

• Min 10 years of relevant experience in construction industry and managed large scale complex building project (>$100 million)

• Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
