We are seeking a Senior Sales Support Coordinator to join our team

Senior Sales Support Coordinator

Responsibilities:

a.   Provide administrative and sales support

b.   Handle walk in customers and upsell company’s range of products

c. Maintaining a data base of customer and product records in ERP system for retrieval

d. Assist in tenders submission (Gebiz) / other government agencies on product requests

e. Preparing CIPL ( Commercial Invoices, Packing List etc ) for export shipments

f. Handle China suppliers for equipment purchase, installation & commissioning

g. Manage stock control movement

Qualifications

a.  Diploma in Business Studies / GCE A / Polytechnic Diploma in Engineering

b.  3 years related experience in a Trading company with focus on engineering products

c.  Computer literacy in Microsoft suite of programs esp Words, Excel, Powerpoint

d.  Willing to learn ERP ( Enterprise Resource Planning ) system for sales order

Processing

e.  Fluency in Mandarin ( spoken / written ) to interact with China Suppliers

e.  A fast learner with determination to succeed and take ownership

Candidates staying in Woodlands, Yishun, Sembawang, Ang Mo Kio, Bishan are preferred.
