Responsibilities
Assist in checking of personal hygiene of all the staff, hygiene of chillers & freezers.
File weekly records for hygiene check lists.
Help out in packet meals packing.
Print out daily preparation lists for cooking.
Maintain a comprehensive filing system.
Compile and submit petty cash vouchers, suppliers’ invoices, workers’ medical certificate/leave forms etc. to main office.
Assist in receiving & checking on incoming goods & deliveries.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum ‘O’ Level.
Ability to communicate with suppliers & vendors.
Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Must be a fast learner.
Good in self-discipline, able to work in accordance to instructions.
Fast and meticulous.
Able to work on weekends & public holidays.
Willing to work long hours especially during festive seasons.
6 days work week.
