Senior QS Engineer (Cost Engineer/Maincons/Civil/Mechanical) - #1118044

Our client is a one-stop solutions provider for all its clients’ engineering needs. Currently, they are looking for few QS Engineer to support M&E commercial office fit-out project.

Job Details

• Salary range: $4000-$6000 (depends on experience)

• Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm); Alternate Saturday (9am-1pm)

• Working Location: Loyang (Near to Pasir Ris) / Flexi working location

Job Scope

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals during tender stage including including bills of quantities material quantity and taking off quantities, attend site show round, site visit, attend tender briefing, seeks clarifications with respective client/ consultant if any

• Study details and discuss with management, attend tender interviews including method statement, technical proposal presentation and tender clarification

• Manpower and resources budgeting, monthly monitoring, review and update

• Prepare pricing of bill of quantity and re-measurement works

• Assist in establishing a client's requirements and coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
