Our client is a glass manufacturer. Currently, they are looking for an Admin Assistant/Sales Coordinator to join their team.
Job Details
Salary range: $2000-$2500 (depends on experience)
Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8am-5.30pm); Alternate Sat (8am-2pm)
Working Location: Paya Lebar (Central area)
Job Description
Handles and follow through purchase orders through fax or customer phone calls
Prepare Delivery Order, ensure accuracy and arrange for delivery
Coordinate with Production for delivery
Issue and File invoices and ensure accuracy
Follow up with accounts receivables
Provide support to sales personnel/executives
Future role as Industrial Sales personnel
