Logistics Project Operations Specialist - #1118031

We are looking for an Operation Specialist to deliver cross-functional projects from planning to launch. In this role, you will work with teams across logistics, product, technology, finance, legal, and commercial. You will play a key role in connecting business needs with technical solutions, ensuring projects are well-coordinated, tested, and smoothly transitioned to stakeholders to drive business objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Support and coordinate multiple projects concurrently, keeping them on track and aligned to business objectives

• Conduct data analysis (SQL, Excel) to provide insights to support project proposal and decision making

• Work closely with logistic functional leaders to understand requirements and communicate to Product/Tech teams, considering end-to-end logistics flow coverage

• Monitor project execution by identifying risks, tracks milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders

• Design and run UAT tests, to ensure systems and processes are ready before live

• Support project go-lives, and contribute to smooth handovers to stakeholders

• Build knowledge in Lazada tech products / workflows to provide advisory support and resolutions
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business

• 3-4 years’ of experience in project coordination, PMO in logistics industry
  

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Powerpoint, Excel

• Good stakeholders’ management and a good collaborator

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering quality results

• Curious and quick learner with strong problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working independently in a lean team
