To support upcoming digital transformation initiatives and business growth, they are currently expanding their IT team with the addition of a Senior SAP Specialist (Technofunctional) role. 

Role & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of SAP, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing the company’s SAP landscape, particularly within SD, MM, WM, and EWM modules. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical (ABAP/configuration) and functional (process design, stakeholder engagement) aspects of SAP.

• Lead and support SAP enhancement and implementation projects, managing requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

• Customize, configure, and optimize SAP SD, MM, WM, and EWM modules in line with business requirements, ensuring seamless process integration and high system performance.

• Develop and maintain ABAP programs including custom reports, interfaces, user exits, enhancements, and performance tuning for key logistics and supply chain processes.

• Collaborate closely with business users to understand operational challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

• Act as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring solutions meet both system standards and business needs.

• Prepare technical specifications, functional design documents, and user manuals, maintaining clear project documentation and knowledge sharing.

• Provide hands-on production support and troubleshoot SAP-related issues promptly to minimize business disruptions.

• Conduct user training and workshops for new functionalities and process changes, ensuring smooth adoption and continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of SAP experience with strong exposure to SD, MM, WM, and/or EWM modules in a techno-functional capacity.

• Solid experience in ABAP development, including custom objects, enhancements, and debugging.

• Proven track record in SAP configuration and solution delivery .

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Experience in project management or leading small-to-medium SAP initiatives is an advantage.
