Material & Procurement Manager - #1118008

Responsibilities

·         Lead and manage the material management and procurement team.

·         Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.

·         Manage supplier qualification, evaluation, and performance improvement programs.

·         Coordinate with internal teams to ensure inventory optimization and uninterrupted supply.

·         Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.

·         Monitor market trends, pricing, and risks to proactively adjust sourcing strategies.

·         Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

·         Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and supplier performance

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

·         5–7 years of experience in procurement, materials management, or supply chain, preferably in electronics/semiconductor industries.

·         Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

·         Proven experience in negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance management.

·         Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and procurement workflows.

·         Excellent command of English; Mandarin skills advantageous for supplier communication.

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
