Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.

• Ensure residents maintain good personal hygiene within the Home.

• Conduct assessments on residents’ mental and physical well-being.

• Administer medication accurately and safely.

• Ensure proper documentation of residents’ conditions and care activities

Job Requirements:                                            

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Nursing.

• Fully registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

• At least 3 years of experience in Dementia Care, Palliative Care, or Medical-Surgical specialties is preferred.
