The Role
As an Event Executive / Guest Relations Officer, you will work closely with our Events Director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Events Director in planning, coordination, and execution of events.

• Handle event communications and guest enquiries via email and phone.

• Coordinate and attend site visits with clients and vendors.

• Prepare and organise event documents (contracts, proposals, event orders).

• Oversee on-site event execution to ensure service quality.

• Manage guest relations – welcome clients, attend to VIPs, and handle feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organised, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Confident, service-driven, and solution-focused.

• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and event hours as required.

• Background in Food & Beverage industry preferred.

• Bonus: Basic knowledge of wines & beverages (WSET Level 1/2 a plus).
