The Role
As an Event Executive / Guest Relations Officer, you will work closely with our Events Director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests.
What You’ll Do
Support the Events Director in planning, coordination, and execution of events.
Handle event communications and guest enquiries via email and phone.
Coordinate and attend site visits with clients and vendors.
Prepare and organise event documents (contracts, proposals, event orders).
Oversee on-site event execution to ensure service quality.
Manage guest relations – welcome clients, attend to VIPs, and handle feedback.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Confident, service-driven, and solution-focused.
Willing to work evenings, weekends, and event hours as required.
Background in Food & Beverage industry preferred.
Bonus: Basic knowledge of wines & beverages (WSET Level 1/2 a plus).
