Provide training
What you'll be doing
Provide responsive and empathetic assistance to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat
Help customer make appointment and Registrations
Handling cash payment and Nets,Visa terminals settlement daily sales
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience
Follow up new leads and regular customers by Whatsapp and call
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any open issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction
Assist with product and service-related queries, providing accurate and up-to-date information
Contribute to the continuous development of the company's customer service practices and procedures
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support to customers
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to propose creative solutions
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
