Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and Finance Shared Services to ensure accurate and timely monthly financial closing in line with organizational requirements.

• Support statutory reporting and audit processes to ensure financial statements comply with the latest IFRS standards.

• Manage key operational finance processes, including:

  • Procurement: Handle purchase requisitions and orders.

  • Fixed Asset Management:

    • Lead and execute asset verification exercises, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and accounting standards.

    • Partner with asset custodians to strengthen asset management practices and accountability.

    • Monitor and review asset movements, disposals, and impairments for accurate financial reporting.

  • Operational Expenditure: Oversee payables and accruals review to ensure spending accuracy.

• Review and analyze financial data for reporting and decision-making.

• Assist in implementing new processes and financial systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.

• Foster strong corporate governance practices by working closely with auditors and stakeholders to resolve audit issues promptly.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience.

• Experience in the healthcare sector or with SAP systems is an advantage.

• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (advanced level), VBA Macros, PowerPoint, and Word.
