Responsibilities

• Work with HODs to create updated and sustainable strategies for case work, programmes and daily operations.

• Oversee the Division’s budget and manage its financial matters.

• Guide, mentor and build staff skills, including helping new employees settle in and supporting their career growth.

• Make sure staff follow company policies and standards.

• Link up with other agencies or institutions for learning visits and knowledge exchange.

• Achieve the Division’s goals and ensure they match the company’s overall plans.
