Sales Executive (Marine) - #1117894

• Participate in the development and execution of sales strategies for assigned markets.

• Support the implementation of sales processes and best practices for efficiency and excellence.

• Manage and maintain relationships with VIP, A, and B category customers.

• Promote and market the company’s products and marine fire service solutions.

• Contribute to the preparation of budgets, KPIs, and product/service forecasts.

• Drive sales revenue growth for the Marine Fire Service department through proactive client engagement.

• Negotiate, manage, and secure Shipowner Agreements and ensure contract utilization.

• Develop and maintain account plans for all customers within assigned territories.

• Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships with Ship Owners and Ship Managers.

• Maintain accurate and updated information in the CRM system.

• Ensure compliance with internal company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Report unsafe acts or conditions and promote a culture of safety awareness.

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (Marine, Engineering, or Business).

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marine sales or similar industries.

• Strong commercial, technical, and negotiation skills.

• Good knowledge of project management, contract handling, and financial understanding.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to non-business hour requirements.

• A reliable team player with good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.

• Salary: Up to SGD 4,300 + AWS + Variable Bonus (up to 2 months)

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Location: Gul Lane
