Job Responsibilities:

• Involves site supervision, drawing management, and coordinating between architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure architectural works comply with design intent, project specifications, and safety regulations. 

• Supervise the progress of architectural work on-site and ensure proper sequencing and execution of tasks by subcontractors

• Attending meetings, resolving technical issues, preparing progress reports, managing material requisitions, and overseeing the quality and timely execution of architectural tasks on a building project.

• Communicate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve technical and site issues, and facilitate communication.

• Assist in managing project schedules, timelines, and deliverables for architectural works, ensuring timely progress. 

• Monitor and inspect architectural works on-site to ensure they are executed according to design intent, specifications, and drawings. 

• Ensure that architectural designs and site works comply with local building codes, regulations, and project requirements. 

• Prepare and submit necessary architectural documents, including construction method statements, technical proposals, and regulatory submissions. 

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or a related field

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in architectural or construction projects. 

• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction methods, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.

• Ability to identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
