Work schedule: Full day

To develop new processes & new methods to improve plant’s capability in producing high end PCB
To evaluate & qualify new materials to meet customer’s requirement on electrical performance & thermal reliability of PCB
To monitor & improve yield of NPI parts by working with Front End Engineering (FEE), Process Engineering, Manufacturing & Quality department
To improve yield & lower cost of NPI parts by working with customer & supplier at design stage
To ensure timely delivery of NPI parts by working with Production Control (PC) & Manufacturing on scheduling
To lead failure analysis & ensure good closure of customer feedback on NPI quality issues
To conduct & update FMEA & Control Plan of NPI parts
To be trained in FEE on planning, prepare EQ and traveler, to support FEE when necessary
To ensure smooth transfer of NPI parts to production

Job Requirement :

At least 5 years work experience in manufacturing process (PCB manufacturing process and quality control experience an added advantage)

Diploma with minimum 5 years experience in PCB related industrial
Good in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel & Word
Good in communication skill
Good in report writing
