About the Role
As part of our dynamic sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by providing tailored financial solutions to meet the diverse needs of SMEs and their directors. Our comprehensive product portfolio includes Business Loans, Commercial Property Loans, Trade Financing, Home Loans, and more — enabling you to help business owners achieve their funding goals with confidence.
Responsibilities
Actively develop new client relationships within the SME market.
Acquire prospective clients through cold-calling, referrals, and networking.
Provide sound and customized financial solutions that align with clients’ needs.
Cultivate and maintain long-term client and partner relationships throughout the funding process.
Ensure all advisory procedures and documentation comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Participate in training sessions and receive ongoing on-the-job support to achieve excellence.
Requirements
With or without prior experience (comprehensive training will be provided).
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
Prior sales experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Strong command of English (spoken and written).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
