About this role
Looking for a motivated and hands-on equipment manager to support the setup and ramp of our next-generation semiconductor manufacturing line. In this role, you’ll collaborate across engineering and operations to drive smooth technology transfer from pathfinding and ramp to pilot production. Experience and discipline in process transfer to pilot production line will be critical to a successful and efficient fab ramp-up.
Key Responsibilities
Manages more then single product H/W qualification group, responsible for the design, development and implementation of complete engineering programs in accordance with project budgets and release schedules.
Develops long-range plans and creates general engineering or product specific strategies to reach goals and reviews.
Anticipates future needs and initiates the development and implementation of new approaches to qualification and Integration.
Provides approval guidelines and leadership to reporting engineering managers in the area of long-term program, strategy, and qualification and integration process design.
Works with business group management teams to ensure that such programs, strategies, and processes are aligned with the organization’s direction.
Defines performance metrics and reports on the engineering functions’ progress against specific goals.
Interfaces with internal and external customers on engineering issues involving the unit’s products
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
8+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of wafer fab equipment and manufacturing processes.
Experience with TPM, SPC, FMEA, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
