Laboratory Technician - #1117797

Job Description:

 Perform laboratory testing, record laboratory data and manage documentation of test

results.

 Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow improvements in the

laboratory.

 Support process and product quality testing by preparing equipment and materials.

 Assist in tests to identify processes and products that do not meet food safety and

manufacturing standards.

 Conduct laboratory tests to identify if food safety and hygiene standards are followed.

 Assist to manage the quality control (QC) of the laboratory by performing routine monitoring

and maintenance of equipment.

Preferred Qualification:

 Higher Nitec in Food Science / Food Technology or other Science or related disciplines

 Previous experience in quality assurance/ quality control or a similar field.
