• Location: Tai Seng (Near MRT)

• Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm

• Salary: up to $4500

• Commission

• AWS & Variable bonus

Responsibilities:

• Formulate leasing strategy to target desired trade mix.

• Proactively generate leads & manage the entire sales cycle from leads to negotiation to closing deals.

• Identify market segments and prospects and liaise with property agents

• Implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties

• Deliver sales presentations & conduct viewings with potential clients.

• Accountable for rental and occupancy rate for the assigned lease portfolios.

• Responsible for securing new tenancies, renewal of existing lease, negotiating and follow-up on terms of lease with tenants.

• Keep up to date on the latest trend for the retail sector.

• Prepare annual budgets, financial and monthly reports, and monitor performance.

• Build & maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to generate referrals and repeat business

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Real Estate Management or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar position, preferably in the retail leasing and/ or marketing

• Creative, resourceful, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
