The Responsibilities:
Analyse opportunities, formulate portfolio planning
strategy, product roadmap planning and product meet-competition strategies
Market demand management, responsible for collecting, analysing, decomposing market demand, unified management, distribution, and demand implementation.
Responsible for the product definition output (product positioning, core function definition, new business model exploration, meet-competition strategy/marketing strategy, sales volume/revenue/profit, time to market), the whole chain of joint sales, marketing to ensure the output of competitive products and explore business opportunities.
Partner with channel marketing team to draw promotion activities and device marketing plan.
Execute marketing initiatives with marketing team to maximize brand awareness and brand image.
Provide training for internal teams and external customers
Take ownership in the whole process from pre-sales to sales to aftersales, to respond promptly with good follow-up skills
Resolve all business issues with partners through effective coordination and communication- thus maintain the partner relationship to ensure sustainable business
Co-work with Distributor team on channel development and business development.
Manage Asus existing partners by driving sell-through, inventory control and sell-out plan to achieve sales target.
The Requirement:
A self-starter who can engage with cross-functional teams in meeting customer requirements.
Proven work experience (min. 3 years) in product management
Ability to influence and build productive cross-functional relationships with internal and external partners.
Highly adaptable and able to handle multiple projects/priorities in a dynamic environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills with attention to details
