Customer Service Officer / Executive
Salary: $2,600 – $3,300+ PB
Duration: 1 year
Location: Jurong East
Working Hours: Monday – Sunday (shift-based, 8am–6pm or 10am–8pm, 5 days per week)
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with vendors to design and deliver modular training programs on various topics.
Support training calibration and ensure effective knowledge retention across teams.
Prepare reports, maintain dashboards, and monitor vendor productivity.
Coordinate with Operations Managers to manage daily workflows and updates.
Brief team members promptly on new processes, updates, or information.
Manage high-priority customer cases efficiently.
Monitor and enhance the productivity, performance, and service quality of the Contact Centre team.
Assist in projects aimed at improving customer experience.
Train, guide, and mentor team members to maintain consistent service standards.
Ensure timely and accurate communication of updates to stakeholders.
Provide constructive feedback and suggest process improvements.
Requirements:
Diploma, A-Level, or Degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
