Job Description
Handle precise packing and preparation of outgoing shipments to ensure product integrity and compliance.
Coordinate with local and regional logistics providers to schedule and track deliveries on time.
Prepare complete and accurate shipping documents, including air waybills, commercial/proforma invoices, packing lists and other required paperwork for both local and international shipments.
Work closely with internal teams (Sales & Procurement) to resolve order issues and support smooth fulfillment.
Support inventory management and restocking activities as needed while remaining adaptable to additional ad-hoc duties that may be assigned to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum Professional Certification, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
With experience in logistics coordination, preferably in an SME or electronics/semiconductor company.
Strong knowledge of shipping practices, documentation and basic customs procedures.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin – essential for communicating with Chinese-speaking suppliers and logistics partners.
Organized, proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced SME environment.
