Job Responsibilities:
To perform Recruitment and Selection - Office Staff and Workers.
To perform full spectrum of Payroll Administration.
To perform Benefits Administration.
To perform Records Management.
To perform Training Administration.
To perform and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Ad-hoc duty as assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
At least Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or equivalent
Job Requirements:
At least one (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience in a HR Generalist role.
Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act and Employment Practices.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Able to handle high level of confidentiality and resolve HR-related issues.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications and HR software.
Work experience in Construction or Manufacturing Industry will be an-added advantage.
Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.
