(Full-Time) Trainee Assistant Baker - Sandwich Department - #1117671

Work Location: 37 Chin Bee Crescent (Near Boon Lay/ Lakeside MRT station)

Working Hours:

• 3:00am - 12:00pm (Overtime as required) - Transport can be arranged for staff residing within West region

• Every 4 days' of work, 1 day off cycle (Inclusive of weekends & PH)

Salary: Gross salary up to $2,400 per month (Basic salary + Allowances + OT pay)

Job Responsibilities:

↬ Prepare various ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
↬ Assist in cooking and preparation of sandwiches' fillings according to standardized recipes.
↬ Cooking of ingredients - ensuring proper food safety temperature and processes.
↬ Assemble sandwiches accurately and effectively, following the portion guidelines and presentation standards.
↬ Package finished sandwiches according to packaging specifications, ensuring proper sealing before delivery to outlets.
↬ Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary workstations throughout the shift.
↬ Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager.

Job Requirements:

↬ SINGAPOREANS ONLY
↬ Previous experience in a kitchen/ food production environment will be preferred but not required.
↬ Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
↬ Physically fit - Must be able to stand for long hours and lift moderate weights (up to 20kg) and perform tasks requiring bending.
↬ Must adhere to shift schedule - Every 4 days' of work, 1 day off cycle (inclusive of weekends & public holidays).
