Job Description:
Assist the sales team with order processing and customer follow up
Monitor and manage sales order pipeline to ensure timely delivery and invoicing
Manage customer communication to ensure satisfaction and resolve basic complaints issues.
Coordinate with logistics, production teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
Update and manage date in Navision system to ensure accuracy of customer and sales records
Handling routine telephone & email queries form customer
Undertaking any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
Proven experience in a sales support r coordination role, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
Proficient is MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Navision system is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
