Our client is a Singapore-based company specializing in the supply of electrical components and kitting services across Asia. As part of their business expansion, they are establishing a new factory for PCBA production and are seeking a dynamic and motivated Production Engineering Lead to join their team.


【 Responsibilities 】
- Lead efforts to achieve production targets (e.g., 10 units/hour takt) with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Diagnose and resolve SMT machine issues (printer, mounter, reflow), optimize programs and changeovers, and reduce false calls in SPI/AOI inspections.
- Drive improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), preventive maintenance schedules, and spare parts readiness.
- Manage SMT lines end-to-end, including planning vs. actual, WIP, yield, manpower, and on-time delivery.

【 Requirement & Preferences 】

(Must)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PCBA/EMS Production Engineering.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese to liaise with colleagues and suppliers.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving SMT machine issues (printer, mounter, reflow), optimizing programs/changeovers, and reducing SPI/AOI false calls.
- Proven track record in OEE improvement, preventive maintenance schedules, and spare parts management.
- Experience working in multinational companies (Japanese, Chinese, or other MNCs).

(Advantageous)
- Experience in manufacturing or production management, preferably in PCBA.
