Job Summary:
We are seeking a Regional Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for brand growth, managing product portfolios, introducing new products and leading marketing initiatives across multiple markets. This role involves overseeing brand and marketing activities, developing materials, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute marketing initiatives across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Performance and Market Analysis: Monitor, track, and analyse marketing campaign performance, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to inform future initiatives.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product portfolio, from new product development to successful market launch.
Sales and Trade Marketing Support: Create and provide essential marketing materials (e.g., POSMs, product catalogues, sell-in kits) to empower the sales team.
Brand and Asset Management: Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency and quality of all marketing assets and communications.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, including HQ, sales, product, and design, to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
Event Leadership: Lead and execute trade shows and other key marketing events as required.
Skills & Competencies:
Product Lifecycle Management and New Product Launches, including creative asset development (POSM, sell-in kits, packaging).
Project and event management across multiple markets.
Excellent Cross-functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management with sales, trade marketing, and HQ.
Commercial Acumen and Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong Communication and Presentation Abilities.
Exceptional Organizational and Time Management Skills, particularly in a fast-paced FMCG setting.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG or regional roles.
Strong understanding of brand building, product management, and marketing activation.
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Adaptability and independence to work effectively and collaboratively across various markets and functions, with required travel.
Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates and international partners.
