Key Responsibilities
Deliver warm, efficient and accurate service to all customers.
Take food and beverage orders, handle cashiering and POS transactions.
Prepare drinks and assist with basic food preparation.
Assist in setting up and closing down the outlet daily.
Maintain FOH cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth flow of operations.
Manage stock inventory.
Attend to customer feedback and escalate service issues when necessary.
Comply with all company SOPs and health & safety requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 year of F&B experience (counter service, café, stall or restaurant).
Familiar with FOH duties such as order-taking, cashiering, etc.
Comfortable with long working hours, standing, and working weekends/public holidays on a rotating schedule.
Willing to learn and take on various tasks in a hands-on environment.
Positive attitude, good communication skills and a team player.
Ability to read and write simple English and Chinese for stock ordering and to communicate effectively with colleagues, including foreign staff.
Proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin is required to interact with colleagues and customers who use these languages.

Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate
