Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with manufacturers regarding product defect reports, and coordinate as well as monitor replacement shipments until final resolution.

  • Manage project delivery timelines and logistics coordination to ensure smooth execution of hospitality furniture projects.

  • Prepare and issue Work Memos and other necessary documentation.

  • Participate in stock-taking exercises across all warehouses (every June and November).

  • Manage and update sales staff enquiries on 3rd-party delivery costs, including confirmation of delivery dates and times.

  • Co-manage container unstuffing activities to ensure accurate handling and accountability.

  • Co-manage the receipt and release of goods, ensuring proper documentation and quality checks.

  • Support ad hoc duties and miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or relevant certification in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • Prior experience in project coordination, logistics, or operations (hospitality or furniture industry preferred).

  • Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with manufacturers, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight timelines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);

  • A proactive team player with a hands-on attitude.
