Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with manufacturers regarding product defect reports, and coordinate as well as monitor replacement shipments until final resolution.
Manage project delivery timelines and logistics coordination to ensure smooth execution of hospitality furniture projects.
Prepare and issue Work Memos and other necessary documentation.
Participate in stock-taking exercises across all warehouses (every June and November).
Manage and update sales staff enquiries on 3rd-party delivery costs, including confirmation of delivery dates and times.
Co-manage container unstuffing activities to ensure accurate handling and accountability.
Co-manage the receipt and release of goods, ensuring proper documentation and quality checks.
Support ad hoc duties and miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
Diploma or relevant certification in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Prior experience in project coordination, logistics, or operations (hospitality or furniture industry preferred).
Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with manufacturers, vendors, and internal teams.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight timelines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
A proactive team player with a hands-on attitude.
