Logistics Coordinator (Customer Service) | Entry level/ 5 Days/ Transport Given - #1117527

• Basic salary up to $2300 - $2600 + OT

• 5 Days; Mon to Fri (11am to 8:30pm or 8:30am to 6pm)

Job Scope:

• Handle customer calls and update them on shipment status.

• Arrange import and export bookings with shipping lines or airlines.

• Prepare and check shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading).

• Work with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth cargo handling.

• Coordinate delivery and collection schedules.

• Communicate with overseas agents and customers.

• Update shipment details in the system.

• Solve customer issues quickly and politely.

• Assist with billing and shipment paperwork.

• Do other tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Entry level is welcome to apply; training will be provided

• Relevant 1–2 years of experience in customer service or logistics under freight forwarding is preferred

• Basic knowledge of import and export / shipping process.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to work fast space environment and stay organized.
