EHS Executive (Manufacturing/MNC/5 Days) - #1117493

Our esteemed client, an globally recognised MNC, is searching for EHS Executive:

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and continually improve the organization’s EHS Management System (EHSMS) by managing administrative processes, identifying training needs, and designing and delivering impactful EHS training.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, RBA standards, and other customer requirements.

• Coordinate and support internal and external EHS audits, and follow up on corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.

• Apply a range of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) tools and resources to implement programs and maintain compliance.

• Lead or support a WSH team when required, working closely with both internal teams and external partners.

• Promote a strong safety culture by communicating the importance of WSH program compliance across all departments.

• Conduct workplace risk assessments, evaluate environmental aspects and impacts, and facilitate related training.

• Investigate workplace incidents, prepare detailed reports, and ensure preventive measures are implemented.

Job Requirements:

• Specialist Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a WSH Officer, or completion of Level C WSH Officer course preferred.

• A proactive team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.

• Positive, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with strong research skills to assess and improve EHS programs.

• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements from authorities such as NEA, SCDF, SPF, and PUB.

• Knowledge of workplace safety and health management, with added environmental and fire safety expertise preferred.

• Willingness to travel overseas when needed.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 4,200 - $6,000+ AWS +Variable Bonus

• Working Location: Yishun/ Tuas

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 5:30pm
