Our client is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their team!

Working Day: 5 days
Working Hour: 9am-6pm
Office Location: Bukit Batok
Salary Range: $3,000-$3,500 + Uncapped Commission
If Possess own transport, there will be transport allowance. If not, grab card will be provided for travelling to client side
What you'll be doing?
Drive sales: Spearhead B2B direct sales of industrial products within your assigned territory, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Develop client relationships: Proactively identify new business opportunities while nurturing strong connections with existing clients through regular communication.
Provide expert advice: Assess customer needs and offer professional recommendations to ensure client satisfaction.
Manage pricing: Utilize pricing tools to calculate costs and prepare accurate quotations for clients.
Collaborate across teams: Work cross-functionally to develop bidding documents, project proposals, and other essential sales materials.
Ensure customer satisfaction: Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process, guaranteeing on-time delivery and client contentment.
Execute and report: Implement management directives and maintain up-to-date records, including sales reports, visit logs, and lost order analyses.
Who are they looking for?
Educational background: Candidates with a diploma or equivalent qualification are encouraged to apply.
Technical proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software to support daily tasks.
Adaptable under pressure: Demonstrates strong ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, with excellent learning, communication, and negotiation skills.
Sales passion: Goal-driven, results-oriented, hardworking, and persistent individuals who are enthusiastic about sales.
Industry experience: Prior experience in direct sales of industrial products (HVAC, HVLS) or logistics equipment (Safety Barrier) is beneficial, but candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
