In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resource operations for EGH during its critical nesting phase. You will collaborate closely with nesting institutions to deliver seamless, end-to-end HR services spanning recruitment and selection, pre-onboarding processes, manpower planning, budgeting, onboarding procedures, confirmation processes, and offboarding activities. Your responsibilities will also encompass probation monitoring, appointment processing, and manpower data reporting.

Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resource
Minimum one year of relevant professional experience, preferably in large organisations
Prior healthcare industry experience is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) required
Good knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory requirements
Meticulous with exceptional organisational skills and commitment to accuracy
Resourceful team player capable of working independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
