As an Assistant Manager, Student Recruitment & Marketing, you will be responsible for the following duties:
To focus on first-level lead conversion activities, including outbound and inbound calls, organizing Info Sessions and meetings, and converting leads into applications to achieve course enrolment targets for each intake.
To plan and execute in marketing initiatives, including Info Sessions, education fairs, association collaborations, roadshows, recruitment, and alumni-related events
To engage directly with prospective students to promote courses through various channels such as phone calls (inbound and outbound), email, and SMS.
To provide assistance with both pre- and post-enrolment student services and conduct regular follow-ups.
To coordinate with the Creative and Digital teams for the development and preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, EDMs, flyers, videos, websites, and landing pages.
To assist in collecting and organizing all required documentation from students.
To follow up on and monitor scheduled payment instalments.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Possess a relevant Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
