Job Scope:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring.

• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Handle and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.

• Represent the company in employment contract signings and ensure accurate documentation.

• Support performance appraisal, confirmation, and promotion exercises.

• Conduct new hire orientation and training programs.

• Ensure HR practices and operations comply with Singapore MOM regulations.

• Administer employee insurance policies, including work injury and medical coverage.

• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.

• Administer staff benefits, attendance & leaves, (excluding payroll).

• Assist in the development, implementation, and updating of HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.

• Liaise with government agencies (MOM, CPF, IRAS) on HR-related matters.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• Relevant 3 - 4 years of relevant HR experience.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and MOM statutory regulations requirements.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
