Finance Manager (Construction | Percentage of Completion) - Up to $8,500 + Bonus - #1117392

• Position: Finance Manager

• Location: Gul Road (Company Transport Provided: Woodlands, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang, Jurong East, Boon Lay, Serangoon)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $8,500 + Variable Bonus + Flexi Benefits + OT pay (if required)

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Marine (fabrication) - MNC

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepares and consolidates monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Ensures strict compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and statutory

• Manages the preparation of the Annual Report and year-end results announcements

• Leads the month-end closing process, manages the company's budget preparation, and produces forecasts for cash flow, borrowing needs, and investment capacity

• Establishes and maintains a documented system of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to guarantee data accuracy and reliability

• Assists with the Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) audit

• Reviews corporate taxation computations and supervises the accounting team's daily operations

Requirements:

• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin business associates

• Degree in Accounting and/or professional accounting qualification, CPA, ACCA, ISCA, etc

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience

• Prior experience in Marine/Construction/Shipyard industry

• Familiar with PoC (Percentage of Completion)
