About the role

Join the passionate team at Floral Train' as a Florist. This full-time role is responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service. As part of our skilled Floristry team, you will play a key part in bringing joy to our customers through your creative flair and dedication to your craft.

What you'll be doing

1. Designing and crafting a variety of floral arrangements, bouquets, and displays to meet customer orders and preferences

2. Providing excellent customer service, offering product recommendations and advice to help customers select the perfect flowers for any occasion

3. Managing the inventory of flowers, plants, and other materials to ensure a well-stocked and organised work area

4. Maintaining a clean, safe, and visually appealing work environment

5. Collaborating with the wider Floral Train' team to support the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

1. Experience as a Florist or in a similar creative/retail role, with a strong passion for flowers and floristry

2. Excellent floral arranging and design skills, with an eye for colour, texture, and composition

3. Customer service focused, with the ability to provide personalised and friendly assistance

4. Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and orders effectively

5. A keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation

6. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
