Responsibilities:

• Responsible for incoming delivery receiving and stock issuance activities.

• Perform Sorting, labelling, allocation of materials according to production needs

• Perform cycle count exercise and assist in discrepancies investigation.

• Provide physical and system control of stocks to assigned areas of responsibilities.

• Ensure sufficient stock level for define and approval common purchase items/stock to facilitate production.

• Prepare and Issue stock for work orders or plant operations.

• Generate documents of Inventory movement.

• Ensure incoming materials are being delivered internally to the next process owner in a safe and timely manner.

• Maintain record of all stocks and material movement on a daily basis.

• Ensure all documents pertaining to material transactions and movement are recorded and filed accordingly.

• Arrange for delivery and collection of materials from supplier and to customer as required

• Ensure work activities and behavior achieved conformity to the HSE policy, objectives and procedures outlined in the HSE management system and compliance to applicable local legal requirements.

• Assist with any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• GCE “O” Level or equivalent

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Candidates with forklift and/or scissor lift license are advantageous

• Independent and able to work as a team player.
