Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor (Project Based) - #1117345

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain contract administration and establish project budget & cash flow

• Manage project timeline and cost, carry out rates and commercial negotiations

• Manage subcontractors’ payments and claims preparation

• Take-off, re-measurement of drawings

• Assist in the preparation of subcontract final accounts

• Involve in material procurement, general administration and costing
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or in related disciplines

• At least 2 to 6 years of experience in a similar position in construction industry

• Candidate with M&E related experience will have an added advantage

• Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior role

• Knowledge of PSSCOC and/or REDAS and /or SIA standard forms of Contracts

• Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment

• Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
