The Sales Operations Executive supports the sales team by ensuring smooth coordination across suppliers, customers, logistics, and warehouse teams. This role focuses on accurate order processing, stock and delivery coordination, and occasional client follow-ups on administrative matters to ensure a seamless sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Process quotations, order placements, and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate closely with sales team on day-to-day operational support.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to request quotations, confirm orders, track deliveries, and monitor stock availability.
Follow up with clients on order-related administrative matters when required.
Work with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Conduct basic quality checks on goods upon arrival and provide support with packing when necessary.
Maintain proper documentation and records for orders, deliveries, and supplier correspondence.
Assist in resolving order discrepancies, stock issues, or delivery delays by escalating and coordinating solutions.
Support continuous improvement of processes to enhance order accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements / Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
1–3 years’ experience in sales support, customer service, or operations role.
Strong coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace

What We Offer
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and Performance Bonus
14 days annual leave, with an additional 1 day per completed year of service (up to 21 days)
