1) Prepare quotations for project tenders and for maintenance works

2) Request of quotations from subcontractors and suppliers

3) Evaluate and negotiate quotations to ensure best value.

4) Prepare progress claims upon work progress completion.

5) Verify subcontractor & supplier claims, variations, and final accounts.

6) Prepare and submit variation claims to the client/consultant.

7) Prepare and close final accounts for project upon completion

8) To attend project meetings for detailed understanding of project status
