Purchasing/ Procurement Officer (Construction Industry) - #1117270

Responsibilities: 

• Provide support to project teams in sourcing equipment, materials, and services.

• Keep proper and updated records of procurement transactions.

• Draft and process purchase orders and related documents.

• Liaise with suppliers on quotations and pricing matters.

• Monitor and follow up to ensure goods and services are delivered on time.

• Assist in maintaining strong supplier relationships.

• Contribute to the development of procurement guidelines and procedures.

• Identify and review potential vendors and products.

• Assist with equipment checks, verification, and registration.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in procurement, team management and cost saving projects in the semiconductor or construction industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
